Licensing is the floor, not the standard. Through the 365 SMG Academy, every officer trains on a continuous cycle built around our 3RC concept — 3 Range Combat: grappling range, striking range, and weapon range — reinforced by balance, strength, and flexibility, and by knowing which tool belongs in which range.

Executive Management
Peter Montalvo
President / CEO
pmontalvo@365securitymg.comPeter Montalvo is an experienced security professional with over 34 years in law enforcement and the private security sector. As CEO of 365 Security Management, he has built the company into a trusted provider of large-event management, personal protection, and security consulting.
Peter began his career as a City Police Officer in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, earning two merit awards in the line of duty. In the early 1990s he joined the Puerto Rico Police Department's Drug and Narcotics Bureau, working with the United Force Rapid Action (F.U.R.A) on high-risk operations targeting trafficking, firearms smuggling, and illegal immigration in the Caribbean.
As a member of the SATURACION SAN JUAN unit, Peter served as an S.R.T. Operator and Firearms Instructor, leading emergency response, warrant service, and disaster recovery missions. His service earned him the Police Combat Cross "Medal of Valor" and the Police "Medal of Valor" for Water Rescue.
After honorably retiring from the Puerto Rico Police Department, Peter worked as a Private Investigator before founding 365 Security Management in Orlando, Florida, in 2014. He has appeared as a public-security expert on Telemundo 31 and Univision Orlando, and holds numerous certifications in security management, tactical operations, and firearms instruction.
Jorge A. Aliaga

jaliaga@365securitymg.comFormer FBI Special Agent with over two decades of experience across security and intelligence, Jorge A. Aliaga (JA Aliaga) brings a rare blend of federal investigative experience and modern cyber expertise to 365 Security Management.
As an FBI Special Agent, JA Aliaga investigated white-collar and cyber violations — complex financial fraud, money laundering, cyber intrusions, internet fraud, crimes against children, and corporate corruption — earning commendations for his commitment to integrity and justice.
As a Military Officer specializing in Cyber Operations, he was entrusted with safeguarding national cyber infrastructure, leading strategic planning, threat assessment, and defensive measures across sensitive military and government networks. His certifications include GCFA, GSEC, GCIH, GISF, FBI Cyber Agent, and CompTIA Network+ / A+, alongside FBI SWAT, certified sniper/observer, and Defensive Tactics Instructor credentials. He serves as a C-130H navigator and Lt Colonel in the Georgia Air National Guard.
Based in Central Florida, Lt Col Aliaga is the founder of Sentry Intelligence Services LLC and works to bridge the gap between technology and policy — helping businesses of every size protect their most valuable assets.
